Intro to Somatic Yoga

Over the course of 5 classes, this series will break down the somatic yoga practice for each major area of the body. This gives you space and time to connect more fully with each area and discover how to bring a greater sense of ease and connection to areas of stiffness, tension or pain.


Prenatal Yoga

Designed for your unique pregnant body, these calming and nurturing classes combine gentle and restorative yoga to bring comfort, ease and vitality;  movements to help strengthen, stabilize and support your changing body; relaxation & meditation techniques deepen your inner awareness, connection to baby and trust in your body. These classes are appropriate for all trimesters and no prior yoga experience is necessary.

 

Freeing Your Breath

Enjoy this yummy exploration of movements to unlock common tension holding patterns in the body. Each class can be practiced on its own as a complete 30 minute exploration. Or you can create a 2-hr mini retreat for yourself as you practice all 4 classes. 


Bedtime Relaxations

These Bedtime Yoga + Relaxation practices are designed to help you wind down, calm the nervous system, release negative thoughts and soothe yourself into a restful nights sleep. These are practices that you can do right before going to bed or to help you go back to sleep if you wake up during the night. 

Includes 2 guided relaxation sessions and 1 bedtime yoga routine.
