Using the Bellicon rebounders (mini-trampoline), classes incorporate a gentle warm up to prepare the body for a low impact/low intensity rebounding workout that also includes strength and toning exercises. Each class ends with a yummy yoga stretch to leave you feeling rejuvenated & relaxed! Classes are accompanied by live music to help get your energy moving! ALL levels are welcome. Rebounders are provided (stability bars available). Bring a small towel and water bottle. You can bounce in sneakers, barefoot or in grippy socks.

Chair Yoga

This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting in a chair and standing, using the chair for support. Classes incorporate breath work, gentle movement, mindfulness and relaxation. Chair yoga is perfect for all levels and abilities, and is easily adaptable to meet your needs. From those with mobility issues to those desiring a more supported practice, chair yoga works with your body to improve strength, flexibility and resilience.

Gentle Yoga

This class is appropriate for all levels (especially stiff bodies!) to help find ease and relaxation in the body through slow mindful movements. Classes incorporate breath work, meditation, gentle, somatic and restorative yoga, and are easily adaptable to all body needs.

Restore Your Core

This class combines basic Pilates mat exercises, yoga, somatics and functional movement to improve overall strength, flexibility and balance. We will engage in a playful exploration of movements done laying on the floor, sitting in a chair and standing, and using the props that we have available in our home environment. It is recommended that you have also have a 9” inflatable soft exercise ball and/or a yoga block.
*Modifications are offered for those with neck and low back issues.

Gentle Somatic Yoga

Gentle Somatic Yoga (GSY) is a unique “art of movement” practice that combines traditional Hatha yoga, Hanna Somatic Education, breathing techniques and healing visualizations. By incorporating slow, mindful movements that raise bodily awareness to release tension-based patterns, GSY meets you where you are and helps to guide you into greater states of inner peace and joy. Each class includes restorative yoga practices to help the integration process and calm + nourish the nervous system.

Yoga for Strength + Balance

Discover a balance of effort and ease. These classes are a combination of floor yoga and standing poses (using a wall, chair or free-standing). They are designed to improve coordination and increase physical strength and stability. The classes are a fun and slightly challenging exploration of finding more balance in our bodies, minds and lives.
