Gentle/Restorative Yoga

Mondays 1:30 - 2:30pm
Tuesdays 12:15 - 1:15pm

These classes are appropriate for all levels and offer an opportunity to slow down and focus on mindful movement and a sense of well-being. Gentle floor yoga and supported restorative postures are taught along with movements that build greater strength and balance without creating tension and are back, neck, wrist and knee friendly.

Mindful Chair Yoga

Thursdays 11:00 - 12:00pm

This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting in a chair and standing, using the chair for support. Classes incorporate breath work, gentle movement, mindfulness and relaxation. Chair yoga is perfect for all levels and abilities, and is easily adaptable to meet your needs. From those with mobility issues to those desiring a more supported practice, chair yoga works with your body to improve strength, flexibility and resilience.

Prenatal Yoga

Mondays 6:00 - 7:00pm

These calming and nurturing classes combine gentle and restorative yoga to bring comfort, ease and vitality; endurance exercises to help strengthen body, mind and spirit for the transformative journey of labor. Relaxation & meditation techniques deepen your inner awareness, connection to baby and trust in your body. It is never too early or too late to begin a Prenatal Yoga practice.

Pilates Reformer

Tuesdays 1:30-2:30pm

A small group class that incorporates exercises on the Reformer as well as some Mat + Tower work. These classes are designed as a full body movement experience to help lengthen, strengthen, create greater balance and flexibility. 5 person maximum. Some Pilates experience is necessary.

Baby + Me Yoga:

Tuesdays 11:00 - 11:45am
September 3-24

Babies ages 6-weeks to pre-crawling enjoy yoga while on their backs, tummies, or held in loving arms. Each class is filled with calming and nurturing ways to help support infant development, improve baby’s sleep and digestion and enhance bonding. Baby yoga songs and games encourage a playful, positive atmosphere. Parents are also guided through a gentle/restorative practice that provides the opportunity for rest and rejuvenation.
*Bring a blanket and favorite toy for baby.

YogaNourish: Fall yoga wellness series

Wednesdays, 6:00-7:15pm

Feeling frazzled, frayed, stretched thin? Scattered, ungrounded, or grumpy? Maybe you've been experiencing anxiety, insomnia or difficulty focusing?

This course will focus specifically on practices that help to deeply nourish, replenish and strengthen the nervous system as well as build greater stress resilience.

We will build our NOURISH self care medicine bag by exploring:

  • Slow Yoga + Subtle Movement

  • Mindfulness + Breathwork

  • Self-Massage

  • Relaxation + Meditation
