Group Classes

Weekly group classes focus on mindful yoga practices for all levels and abilities. These classes support the needs of those present and incorporate breath work, gentle and restorative yoga, Gentle Somatic Yoga®, as well as meditation and relaxation to help reduce stress and increase overall well being.

Private Sessions

One-on-One sessions are a wonderful way to deepen into your healing journey and learn how to work with your unique needs and abilities. They also offer an opportunity to learn how to develop exquisite self-care practices that fit your busy lifestyle.

Workshops

Take time out of your busy life to deepen into your experience of self care and nourishment. Join us for one of our monthly Yummy Yoga Restorative Mini-Retreats; bi-monthly Couples Childbirth Prep for Labor + Birth; or Roll + Release: yoga with squishy balls.

 
 
 

Online Classes

The online studio is filled with creative classes to help nourish, replenish and inspire your well-being. You will find mindfulness based practices that incorporate gentle, restorative and somatic yoga, as well as specialty classes in chair and prenatal yoga.  Audio meditation + relaxation sessions help guide you into deeper levels of rest at the end of your busy day and little yoga love-bites give you the opportunity to drop into moments of mindfulness throughout your day. This home-based practice is a wonderful way to add more self care and relaxation into your daily routine.

Yoga Retreats

Fall Blue Ridge Mountain Yoga Retreat
Nov. 15-17, 2019

We are so excited to be returning to one of our favorite spots to retreat to, the gorgeous Inn on Mill Creek in Black Mountain, NC for our FALL Yoga Retreat! The Inn is nestled in the heart of the Pisgah National Forest and hosts a beautiful orchard and a happy family of birds, squirrels, ground hogs, and other curious critters that come to visit and check out what delights the garden holds. 

This weekend is designed to help you slow down and soak in the deep nourishment and rest of the present moment.  We will offer daily gentle + restorative yoga classes, nature walks, and hand-drumming experiences. Our intention is to create a joy-filled, inspiring and deeply rejuvenating weekend.
