@Terra Sol Sanctuary
This 10-week autumn Qigong session invites you to slow down, turn inward, and connect with the natural rhythm of the season. Drawing inspiration from the qualities of autumn: harvest, release, stillness, and transformation - we’ll explore gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and mindful awareness. This season is governed by the Metal element which relates to the Lungs and Large Intestine. We’ll also explore how to nourish these organs and this season of our lives, supporting the immune system and establishing routines that will support us as we move into the darker season.
Each week offers a different theme to support physical vitality, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself and the changing season.
No prior Qigong experience is necessary; practices can be adapted for all levels.
